My 2016 Hyundai Tucson windows on Driver and Passenger sides needed to be remove and replace window regulator. I called to make appointment and able to take car for repairs next day. I have extended warranty and no hassle in getting repairs. I appreciate care of service getting my SUV repaired. Thank You service team.

Virginia Automotive provided fast service and honored their NAPA warranty to cover the cost of parts for replacing my brake pads and rotors that they installed ~2 years prior. Detailed inspection notes and pictures were provided without pressure to get additional maintenance at the time of service.

Took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. They took pics and sent them to me via text. The front desk clerks, Jim & Michelle were knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. I needed some other work but I wasn’t bullied into getting everything done now. My recommendations with prices were clearly listed. The work was fast and precise. I highly recommend them and I’ll be back

We brought my husband's car in to check the AC. They recharged it (to the tune of $600 BEFORE getting my husband's approval). 3 days later it stopped working. Called them and was told 'sure, bring it in, if it stopped working it'll fall under our insurance.' Bring it in and they find a hole in the compressor. Told us it'll cost $840 to fix. No covering it themselves. No refund or credit from the failed fix. Now we're out $600 and still don't have AC. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
